Direct Hire Contingent Recruiting
Our Financial Recruiters are often called “contingent recruiters” because the service fee is
“contingent” on the hiring of the candidates we refer. Any candidate who is referred to our client and is hired becomes a placement and fee is due. Fees for this service typically range from 25% to 30%of the total compensation package and are negotiated prior to the start of the search.

Temporary Staffing
Our Staffing Specialists identify the right financial professional, with the right skills, abilities, and fit, who are on Matt Henry Group payrolls, but work for our clients. This method of employment works for short term to long term projects (Often due to disability, medical or military leave and quarter or year end projects). Matt Henry Group carries the payroll, insurance, taxes and workers comp.

Temp to Hire Staffing
Often our clients will hire a Temporary Associate on as a employee and transition the employee to our clients payroll. There is typically a conversion fee associated with this service.

Consulting Services
Our Staffing Specialists and Financial Recruiters identify the right financial professional, with the right skills, abilities, and fit, who are on Matt Henry Group payrolls, but work for our clients. This method of employment works for short term to long term projects (Often due to long term leaves by key employees, M&A, system implementations). Matt Henry Group carries the payroll, insurance, taxes and workers comp.

Executive Retained Search
Our Executive Recruiter gets a retainer (up-front fee) to perform a specific search for your
company officer or other senior executive position. Typically, retained searches tend to be for
positions that $120K (US) and up. Search fees are usually 33% of the annual compensation of the recruited executive. Fee payments are made in thirds, 1/3 of fee paid on initiation of the search, 1/3 paid thirty days later, and the final 1/3 paid thirty days later or upon placement of the candidate. It is important to note that in a retained search you are paying for the time and expertise of the search firm.
